The Ford Bronco has returned with an all-new, off-road-oriented version of this legendary SUV. The 2021 Ford Bronco is built on a fully boxed frame, with two and four-door versions that are comparable to the Jeep Wrangler.

Protect your spare tire with a quality cover to keep it shielded from dust, dirt, flying trail debris and inclement weather. Our heavy-duty covers are hand screen printed in Orlando Florida.

Bead-Welt Seam

A Bead-Welt Seam is a custom feature designed into each of our spare tire covers that adds strength, durability and a beautiful finish to the cover. This beaded seam is the same type of seam used in high-end leather shoes, ensuring our hard tire covers are built to last. It also helps prevent moisture, dust and dirt from clinging to the cover, keeping it looking clean and new for a long time.

We have a wide variety of styles and colors to choose from, so you can find the perfect look for your Bronco. Our popular designs include patriotic American Bald Eagle and dog print options, as well as eye-catching camouflage patterns that will stand out on the road. No matter what style you’re looking for, we’ve got something to match your personality and preferences.

Our double welt cord trim is an easy way to add a decorative touch to your upholstery projects and home dec projects. It can be sewn to fabric as a replacement for braid or trim on chairs, ottomans and other furniture pieces, or to cover raw edges of upholstery. To use it, purchase 1/4″ (6 mm) cotton filler cord in the desired color, and cut a bias strip wide enough to wrap around two cords plus seam allowance. Snap on the Double Welt Cord Foot and stitch over the raw edge of the fabric with a center needle straight stitch, stitch length 3.0.

Master Lock

When you want to keep your spare tire secure and out of sight, this Ford Bronco hard tire cover has a Master Lock feature. The sturdy and durable black vinyl is coated over the aluminum shackle, which helps to protect against rusting. The shackle is also reinforced, providing added resistance against cutting and sawing. It features a 4-pin cylinder that prevents picking and dual locking levers, which provide additional resistance against prying and hammering. Plus, the shackle is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

In 1921, Harry Soref founded the Master Lock Company with investments from two friends. The company began in the Pabst Brewery, and its headquarters moved to Milwaukee’s north side in 1939. Over the years, Master Lock continued to expand its product line and market share. In 1980, tensions between Master Lock executives and their unionized workers led to a twelve-week strike that nearly put the company out of business. However, Master Lock was able to weather the storm and outsourced much of its production in the 1990s.

Today, the company’s 120,000-square foot world headquarters in Oak Creek houses state-of-the-art industrial design, engineering, and prototyping labs. It is a leading employer in the city of Oak Creek, and President Obama has praised the company for its commitment to repatriate manufacturing to the United States.

Designed to fit a stock spare tire on your Bronco, this cover is built from durable marine-grade thread and tough vinyl fabric. Its rugged construction makes it ideal for off-road driving, and it’s also backed by Mastertop’s three-year limited warranty.

The patented design of this tire cover features a hinged portion that swings to the side and allows you to easily access your spare tire. It also works as a ramp, so you can lower your tire to the ground without having to lift it or manhandle it.

In addition to offering an excellent tire cover, Four Wheel Covers offers a security kit that includes a pair of security grommets and a quality Masterlock cable to prevent your spare tire and custom Jeep cover from getting stolen. They’re the only company that offers this feature, which is sure to put your mind at ease when you’re heading off-road.

As the popularity of off-road-focused vehicles continues to rise, Ford has been experimenting with different ways to innovate in this space. Some of its patent filings have been directly related to the popular Bronco, and this particular one is no exception. With this new Spare Tire Cover, Ford could add yet another variant to its lineup.

Lifetime Warranty

For owners who want to take their Ford Bronco to the next level, performance upgrades are available. Upgrades such as a cold air intake, exhaust system, and engine tuning can help improve the power and acceleration of your vehicle. Additionally, you can also add all-terrain or mud-terrain tires for improved traction and stability.

Other upgrades and accessories such as a roof rack can increase cargo capacity and give your Ford Bronco an upgraded look. Powder coating your rims can also provide a durable finish that resists chipping and scratching, which is beneficial for off-road driving. This type of coating is also easy to clean, which can make your Ford Bronco easier to maintain.

XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) is another way to protect your Ford Bronco from damage and scratches caused by off-road adventures or daily driving. This protective film wrap is designed to last several years and can easily be removed when it’s time to replace it. This is one of the best ways to ensure that your Ford Bronco looks new for years to come.

The Warranty Forever feature is a great perk to have for your Ford Bronco, and it gives you peace of mind throughout the duration of ownership. However, there are some things that you need to keep in mind when you purchase a Warranty Forever plan. For instance, the plan does not cover towing or rental car coverage. In addition, the warranty is only valid if you follow your owner’s manual maintenance schedule.
