From here, it’s a short bus ride back to where you started.

The west shore of Flathead Lake, which is home to Wild Horse Island State Park, is a haven for wildlife lovers. This area is home to bighorn sheep, mule deer, songbirds, waterfowl, bald eagles, osprey, and rare plants. Take a boat out to the island and you might see some wild horses or a bear swimming over!

These tour boats are located at several lakefront parks, and they will take you around the stunning waterways of the region. You can also opt to go on a dinner cruise. This option is best for couples and families, and it is a great way to relax while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
